RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
All our wallpapers are designed and printed on demand, therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. However, if your wallpaper is marked or damaged, please retain all packaging and email us at helpinsigniacreaciones@gmail.com for assistance. Always check your wallpaper before installation to ensure there are no production defects. If you find any defects, contact us before installation, and we will replace it free of charge. Orders are processed and sent to production within 24 hours of payment, so we cannot cancel or modify orders after this period. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately to try to help you.
