Shipping & Returns
Once you have placed your order, we typically prepare and manufacture your order within 3-5 business days. The order is then promptly dispatched using a tracked service by our delivery partner DHL, with the following delivery times:

- Argentina: 6-7 business days (Total time from order: 9-12 business days)
- Uruguay: 7-8 business days (Total time from order: 10-13 business days)
- Brazil, Chile, Bolivia: 9-10 business days (Total time from order: 12-15 business days)
- United States: 8-9 business days (Total time from order: 11-14 business days)
Zone 2:
Europe: 9-10 business days (Total time from order: 12-15 business days)
Zone 3:
China: 10-11 business days (Total time from order: 13-16 business days)

DELIVERIES
If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will update it before dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched and you need to change the delivery address, it must be returned to our warehouse to generate a new delivery label and reschedule pickup. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for the package if you change the delivery address with DHL after dispatch. Please note that if we need to resend the order due to an address change after return, you will be charged for shipping again.
SAMPLES
Our sample designs are prepared in three distinct color saturations and scaled to show as many elements and colors of the design as possible. The actual size of the elements will match the images of the wallpaper on the individual product pages. Please be aware that slight color variations may occur between samples and production batches due to different printing runs. Insignia Creaciones cannot accept responsibility for such color variations.
PRODUCT IMAGES
We strive to ensure that the product images you see on our website are a true reflection of the actual products. However, please note that colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
All our wallpapers are designed and printed on demand, therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. However, if your wallpaper is marked or damaged, please retain all packaging and email us at helpinsigniacreaciones@gmail.com for assistance. Always check your wallpaper before installation to ensure there are no production defects. If you find any defects, contact us before installation, and we will replace it free of charge. Orders are processed and sent to production within 24 hours of payment, so we cannot cancel or modify orders after this period. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately to try to help you.
